As promised, gas prices continue to inch lower as oil prices this week dipped under the magic $70 per barrel. Of course, as gas prices across the USA drop under $4, we in California, home to the gas tax increase last week, are falling but struggling to get under a $6/gallon threshold. As gas prices continue to improve, Americans (less here than other states) will feel the impact on the lower transportation costs for the things we buy.
