11,000 current license-holder have to be re-tested as a possible cheating outbreak unfolds at the DMV. KQED reporting that there are some referrals to local DA’s for possible prosecution, and the DMV says it’s not their fault. The report adds:“DMV spokesperson Jonathan Groveman said in an email that irregularities it identified in exam results suggested that “some individuals may have attempted to circumvent the testing process using various cheating methods.”
