Report on Scooter-Riding California Congressman Fails To Mention DUI

Some days it’s just plain embarrassing to be associated with the media. Take for example Spectrum News DC. Reporter Cassie Semyon did a story on the efforts of Congressman Dave Min (D-CA) to pass legislation on e-bikes and electric micro-mobility devices. The story gushes over Min’s use of an e-scooter in Washington DC and how the transportation has made him an efficient lawmaker. What the story did not mention was that Min has to use a scooter to get around because he’s on probation for DRUNK DRIVING. Link to story here.
