It’s iconic, it’s delicious, and now it’s a tad bit healthier. At least you can indulge and feel a little bit better. In-N-Out makes some slight, healthy menu modifications as announced recently on their FaceBook page:
The changes are pretty modest and probably shouldn’t negatively impact the taste–and could positively impact your health.
- Burger Buns: Sesame flour has been completely removed as an ingredient across all locations in its 10 operating states. This reverses a 2024 compliance measure where sesame was deliberately added to avoid cross-contamination cross-liability under the federal FASTER Act.
- Salt Packets: The loose iodized salt packets given out for fries have been entirely replaced with sea salt.
- Ketchup: The chain verified its transition to ketchup made strictly with real sugar rather than high-fructose corn syrup.
You’re going to eat it anyway–enjoy!
