- The program now provides a full year of mortgage payments—up from three months—and is paid directly to mortgage servicers with no repayment required.
- Income eligibility limits have been raised significantly, with Los Angeles County households now qualifying with combined annual incomes up to $281,400.Median income according to the census is roughly $200,000 and median income is over $2.5 million.
