California-Worst Roads in USA

29th Annual highway report on Reason.org finds “Alaska, California, Washington, New York, and Louisiana have the worst-performing and least cost-effective highway systems.” And Gavin Newsom will probably take to X to troll Reason as Florida and Texas roads fare well–significantly better than California.
