Update 10:30a Fidel’s brother Raul Castro, 94, indicted by the DOJ, along with others. Charges stem from the downing of an American plane flown by Cuban exiles in 1996. This now gives the US the rational for an arrest of Castro–similar to the arrest of Venezuela’s Maduro a few weeks ago–which could lead to restoration of relations with the island nation.
