While Dems scream “political persecution” about the Department of Justice investigating Ilan Omar for possible criminal behavior, and fight California over failure to clean up voter rolls,  there is new news on just how political–and unconstitutional–the Biden DOJ was–and it is shocking.

A bombshell memo released by Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley reveals that former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s office subpoenaed massive spreadsheets of political data. The probe swept up the personal information of nearly 640,000 Republican donors and supporters.

According to congressional investigators, the Department of Justice obtained data containing the names, shipping addresses, dates of birth, and credit card details of everyday citizens—including those who simply purchased Trump campaign merchandise or donated as little as one dollar.

Senator Grassley has slammed the data collection as an “incredibly invasive” abuse of authority. Jack Smith previously defended his team’s subpoenas during a Senate hearing, calling them standard for a lawful criminal investigation.
