California’s DMV under fire: Who’s checking voter eligibility?

By Jeff Vaughn

Her article also accuses the DMV’s Motor Voter program of enabling voter fraud.

California’s secretary of state says AB 60 license applicants are excluded from that program, and state law prohibits forwarding their information for voter registration.
