Plans for what’s being called the “Elsinore Ring” would include a 300-acre private motorsports park with a racetrack, helipad and 275 luxury garage condos for owners and fans of exotic and performance cars.
Former NASCAR driver Boris Said hopes the project would become a destination — bringing new construction, investment, visitors and potentially jobs to Riverside County.
