As reported by Axios, Modus has emerged from stealth with $10 million in seed funding led by Insight Partners, with participation from Soma Capital, Bullet Ventures, and several prominent technology founders.

The Tel Aviv-based company is introducing what it calls the Context Warehouse—a new infrastructure layer that continuously learns how a business operates and gives each AI agent only the information it needs to complete a task.

Modus says the platform can make enterprise AI more accurate, secure, and efficient while reducing unnecessary data retrieval and token consumption by as much as 10 times.

The company was founded by former Lusha product executive Daniel Shimoni and former Cyera architecture leader Tomer Mesika. Modus says it is already working with enterprise customers across financial services, technology, and SaaS.

As more companies move AI agents from experimentation into production, Modus is betting that the Context Warehouse will become a critical infrastructure layer for managing enterprise AI safely and efficiently.
