I’ve been thinking about why “fascist” and “Nazi” get used to by the left to describe anyone with a different political view.

If everything to the right of you is portrayed as evil, then socialism suddenly doesn’t seem all that radical. In fact, it starts to look like the “reasonable” answer.

That’s the strategy.

The problem… That’s not where they are going. History shows you political systems should be judged by where they lead, not by what they’re called.

The left is selling it as socialism. The destination is communism.
