So says the California Supreme Court. They sided with AG Rob Bonta, who makes a cottage industry out of suing Republicans in office it seems. Bianco, who with fellow Republican Steve Hilton, is leading the field of candidates for Governor, wants to investigate allegations that roughly 50,000 more ballots were counted in Riverside County, than were cast in the Prop 50 vote.
