Karen Bass has had years to fix this, and like many other obvious projects, hasn’t–until now. With an election nearing and the Olympics drawing closer, LA’s most embarassing, public display of decay is finally getting the mayor’s notice. KTLA reports the new owners say: “we think that within a very short period of time, we promised 90 days but we think it will be sooner, that the graffiti will be completely removed from Oceanwide Plaza.”
